The board of reinsurance giant Swiss Re proposes re-electing incumbent Chairman Sergio B. Ermotti at the company’s annual general meeting (AGM) of shareholders on April 12.

The proposed election shall be for all of the aforementioned for a period of one year. Ermotti has been part of the Swiss Re Board of Directors since 2020 and Chairman since 2021.
