Inszone Insurance Services, the national provider of personal and commercial line benefits and insurance, has announced the acquisition of Larry Fu Insurance Agency in California.
Founded in 1979, Larry Fu Insurance Agency serves clients in the San Francisco Bay Area and Southern California.

The deal is the latest acquisition by Inszone. Earlier this month, the company acquired Donna Ledwick Insurance Services of Sonora, Calif., and Inszone said it plans several acquisitions as it continues to expand its national footprint. In January, Inszone acquired Austin, Texas-based insurance company.
Founded in 2002 and headquartered in Sacramento, Inszone has 40 locations across California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Michigan, Missouri, Oregon, Texas and Illinois.
