The untimely death of Satish Kaushik dealt a heavy blow to many people in the film fraternity. Among them was also actor Arjun Kapoor, who penned an emotional note for the late actor. Arjun Kapoor uploaded a picture of himself with the 66-year-old actor, expressing how Satish Kaushik was the “happiest” part of his childhood memories. Sharing the image, the Sunday The actor captioned it: “I grew up with your uncle Satish…you made me laugh on camera and off camera…it’s hard to explain how I feel because you were perhaps the happiest part of my childhood memories. Earlier, Anil Kapoor, who shared a great bond with his Mr India co-star Satish Kaushik, shared a heartbreaking post about the death of his “little brother”. Actor and director Satish Kaushik was cremated in Oshiwara, Mumbai, on Thursday night, the ANI news agency reported. The 66-year-old filmmaker died in New Delhi, allegedly of a heart attack. It was an emotional scene at the late actor’s residence as his family and the entire Bollywood fraternity bid him a tearful farewell. The late actor’s family and friends were reunited as the 66-year-old actor’s body was brought home.
Satish Kaushik was an actor, director, producer, comedian, and screenwriter. He is known for his roles as Calendar in mr indiaPappu pager in deewana mastanaand Chanu Ahmed in the British film by Sarah Gavron brick lane. In addition, he twice won the Filmfare Award for Best Comedian: in 1990 for ram lakhan and in 1997 for Saajan Chale Sasural.
